Three former Spirit Airlines employees are charged with making money off people looking for inexpensive flights.

According to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania's indictment, two reservation agents and their supervisor persuaded customers to book cheap future vacations before changing their travel plans.

The three accused were employed by "a big U.S. airline situated in Florida," according to the indictment, which does not mention Spirit Airlines by name.
