Prospect Jett Williams walks way to Mets’ top minor league honor

19-year-old Mets shortstop/outfielder Jett Williams was named Minor League Player of the Year.

Williams has a .263/.425/.451 slash line with 13 homers and 45 stolen bases this season.

Williams became the first teenager to lead the Mets in walks (104) since David Wright in 2002.
