Woman acknowledges killing her sister, father, and two other people.
A woman who admitted to killing her father, sister, and two handymen in a remote part of Michigan last year entered her plea on Wednesday.
According to the Morning Sun, Judy Boyer, 55, of Farwell admitted killing all four on October 20, 2021, with a.22 calibre rifle.
Police were called after receiving a report that two people had been shot and injured at her father's home earlier that day.
Henry Boyer, 85, and his daughter Patricia's remains were among the four found.
Boyer, 61, Wade Bacon, 39, and Zachary Salminen, 36. A large-scale shooting took place at the Boyer residence in Grant Township.
In regards to the killings of Salminen and Bacon, Judy Boyer admitted to second-degree murder as well as the first-degree murder of her father and sister.
First-degree murder carries a mandatory sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
